![]() ![]() During Phase 1, existing and new geologic, groundwater, surface-water, and hydrochemical data will be compiled and evaluated to characterize the flow system. The objectives will be met by conducting the study in two phases. The proposed work will provide a better understanding of the nation’s water-resources, assist the stakeholders in the Rio San Jose Basin in evaluating various water-management options, and support the USGS mission of disseminating water-resources information to the public. The brown wooded cat form is "Nature's Fury" which is awarded partly for completing the Class Hall campaign which culminates at 110 and then the other 3 colors are linked to achievements that you can get after completing the class hall campaign. The bright bear form is awarded for completing the Balance of Power questline which involves Legion mythics, reputation, and the Emerald Dream/Nighthold raids. (The glowy cat form "Ghost of the Pridemother" and the "Might of the Grizzlemaw (werebear)" are unobtainable as they were challenge rewards that were obtainable during the Legion expansion. Some of them require a good amount of work (or some quests at 110) and others are unobtainable. Those are likely artifact appearances which you can start to obtain once you're 100. There you can choose what outlook you are. When you have unlocked some appearances, go to your class hall, find your weapon forge, and click that with your desired artifact equipped and at the bottom of the page there is a tab called "appearances" click that. There are guides on how to unlock the appearances on wowhead, I recommend go and follow them. You can however swap between specs, and there among weapons (transmogs) and still get the skin. If you are specced as a guardian druid, you can only use the guardian artifact and not from the other classes. When you hit lvl 98, you can go to legion and get a legion artifact for you spec. The Resto and Balance artifact skins only affect the weapon itself. for Feral and for Guardian show you what you have to do to get the different colors/appearances to show up. Some of the appearances only show up after accomplishing certain achievements. Then if you switch to bear in Feral spec, your bear form will be the default for your race. To get the special cat forms, you have to be in feral spec with the Fangs of Ashamane either equipped or transmogged to. If you have the bear artifact equipped, the bright blue Balance of power Gummy Bear skin (for the sake of explanation, you wouldn't have that while leveling), and are in Guardian spec, if you switch to cat form while still specced Guardian you'd have the normal form as a cat. The feral artifact only affects cat form, and you have to either have the artifact equipped and the desired appearance selected at the forge, or you have to have the weapon transmogged to the legion artifact appearance you want. ![]() If you're not using the artifact weapon itself (I wouldn't on alts since I have heirloom weapons with sockets), you have to transmog the legion artifact. ![]()
